Brightlines Website Review & Refresh
Brightlines approached me to undertake a UX and UI review of their website. The key aims of the review were to modernise the website, reduce the bounce rate and increase conversions, and improve the SEO. After reviewing the website, analytics, and Brightlines’ key competitors, I focussed my review on the site navigation, global styling, and the homepage.
Brightlines agreed with the majority of the recommendations made, and so they asked me to implement those recommendations into the design of their website. I refreshed the majority of the pages on the website, with a focus on improving the user experience and modernising the brand. In addition to refreshing the existing website, I also created designs for an online quote tool, that would enable customers to upload everything the Brightlines team needed in order to generate a quote. Previously this was a long-winded, manual process.
Once the website was completed, I designed a PDF template for case studies that Brightlines could send to potential clients. These required a degree of flexibility as the case studies had multiple differences.
