Concept for Green and Wilds Competition and Subscription Pages

Green & Wilds were an existing client who wanted to reward existing customers and encourage new customers. They wanted to do this in two different ways. The first was rewarding customers who made regular purchases by offering them a discount when having a subscription for the products. The second was to run competitions and they came to us for ideas on what these competitions could be.

I suggested that there could be two routes, the first could be a more traditional sign-up to win a puppy hamper. The idea here was that you could target puppy owners through social and Google ad campaigns to encourage them to enter. By targeting puppy owners Green & Wilds are gathering data for thousands of potential new customers and raising brand awareness to people who could be lifelong customers.

The second competition concept was to target existing customers through an email campaign, with the opportunity to win the cost of their next order or a smaller prize. I suggested using gamification, such as spin the bone, to increase customer satisfaction and encourage existing customers to place new orders.
